Shipping methods
All orders are shipped by Australia Post using Parcel Post.
Express Shipping within Australia is available at an extra cost on top of standard shipping/free shipping.
International shipping is available worldwide except to North America and Canada. International Shipping Fees vary and will be calculated at checkout. 

Herbal Hiraeth is not responsible for any custom’s taxes or duties that are incurred. Please check your countries import and custom’s taxes and duties before ordering.

A flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders within Australia under $70. This fee is for Standard Shipping only.
FREE SHIPPING within Australia is available for all orders $70 and over and is automatically applied at checkout, please note this is for standard shipping only.

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $10. Herbal Hiraeth is not responsible for any custom’s taxes or duties that are incurred. Please check your countries import and custom’s taxes and duties before ordering.

Handling time
Products will be shipped within 1-5 business days of the order, depending on availability of stock. To ensure freshness our products are handmade in small batches, which means on occasion we may need to make products to order.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary but depending on location, once shipped, orders within Australia and to New Zealand should be received within 2-7 business days (check the Australia Post website to estimate delivery times from postcode 6716 to your own postcode).

This timeframe is provided as a guide only, and we take no responsibility for any deliveries not received in this time. Replacement of lost items is at our discretion.

Returns policy
Return requests will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of these provisions. We want you to love your products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 21 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, either a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion based on the situation following the timely return of the products purchased. The shipping cost to return products will not be refunded. Agreed refunds will be processed promptly and payment will be made in the same method as the original payment. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be received. Replacements will be processed in line with our standard shipping and handling times. Return queries for products purchased from outside of Herbal Hiraeth’s online store or by another that is not a direct employee of Herbal Hiraeth such as a reseller or stockist of Herbal Hiraeth must be directed at the store/reseller/stockist to whom you purchased the product off.
